We take on a limited number of clients at a Reduced Rate.

**The timing of adding HST Tax to our services is not within our control. We will do our best to give as much notice to our active clients as possible.

ALL ABOUT PAYMENT
We collect payment the day of service, before or during our session.
Payment Options: E-Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal
Due to the nature of online services, we request payment prior to, or at the start, of your session. Paying in advance frees up more time in your appointment for therapy.
You will receive an invoice two days before your session. An official receipt will be sent immediately afterwards. This receipt is suitable to submit to your benefits or insurance provider if needed.
(1) E-Transfer: Use our main email for your transfer: -- No password is necessary.
(2) Credit Card: Provide your credit card information in advance for regular payment processing. This is the easiest and quickest route of payment.*
(3) PayPal: Pay directly using your own PayPal account. Go to paypal.ca. Select “SEND” > select for “Goods or Services” > login to your own PayPal account > enter firstname.lastname@example.org as the recipient > enter your invoiced amount.
We respectfully request 24 hours notice from the appointment start time for cancellation.
Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged full fee. We regret to enforce this policy however, missed appointments mean a missed opportunity to be helping others who are available to attend.
TWO WAYS TO CANCEL: By Secure Message in the Client Portal or by Text to the clinic cell. This ensures we receive it immediately. We will ALWAYS confirm receipt of your cancellation using the one of these two methods you decide to notify us with.
TO RESCHEDULE: Simply book a new time/date in the Client Portal at your convenience.
*THE FINE PRINT:
Credit Cards: Your therapist will never have access to your credit card once it is stored in the encrypted OWL system. In addition, we shred all private information daily.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Payment accepted in CAD funds only.
It is our policy to maintain complete confidentiality about your sessions at Willow Rock Wellness when it comes to Insurance Companies or Benefits Providers.
As a result, we do not engage with these organizations about client accounts, treatment plans or financial reimbursement.
Prior to booking - please ensure your provider covers services by a "Registered Psychotherapist" using "telehealth or e-counselling" formats - if you plan on seeking reimbursement.
If your benefits plan does not cover these services, here are some useful tools to assist in advocating for it. Feel free to discuss with your HR, Union or Insurance representatives if you are not happy with your current coverage conditions.
