HALF HOUR COUNSELLING SESSIONS

the LOGISTICS:

  • 35 minutes in length 

  • VIDEO or PHONE session, your choice 

  • Active Clients Only 

  • Available to alternate 1 Half session at a time, in between Regular Sessions.

  • Convenient, self serve, online scheduling

  • Not available for First Return to Therapy appointment after previous Discharge. 

the SERVICES:

One topic only - You bring the issue/ concern/ reflection

 

Useful for:

  • Situational stress or updates on current concerns

  • Brief check-in between sessions

  • Coaching / Counselling

  • Final therapy / graduation session

Does not include:

  • Recap of last session insights

  • Summary of progress to date

  • Booking admin. You will need to book your next session through Jane.

  • Deeper therapeutic intervention
